A refreshed platform for your equipment analytics: Unveiling the new CMEPP Participant Portal

We’re excited to announce the launch of our refreshed Participant Portal!

CMEPP Participant members have had access to the platform for a couple of years, but after hearing your feedback, we knew changes were needed. If workload and time constraints prevent you from doing deep analysis of your medical equipment and its performance, the new Portal can give you the insights you need.

What you can use it for

The platform is incredibly versatile. What you needed from the beginning is still there – access to your equipment list and Preventative Maintenance Dashboard. What’s new is a Your Reports section. Here are some of the reports you’ll see:

Equipment Report: An overview of your equipment purchase orders (POs), newly added or removed equipment, and service records, including maintenance and repair history.

Equipment Performance: This report evaluates your equipment efficiency and performance, highlighting poor performers, as well as those performing well.

Preventative Maintenance: Tracking preventative maintenance activities, monitoring completion or remaining outstanding tasks.

Supplier Scorecard: The Scorecard includes key performance metrics of individual suppliers such as issue resolution time, average resolution times, service frequency, and repair details.

Participant Statements: Here you’ll see a detailed Participant statement of accounts:  contributions, costs, out-of-scope expenses, and glass plan spending.
