Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Nils joined CMEPP in 2016 as General Manager and in that role is responsible for all business operations and activities. He has 25 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, working most recently as Associate VP, Suppliers Sales for GHX. In that role, Nils oversaw the management of sales activities related to GHX Suppliers across North America. He also led the start-up of GHX Canada in 2001 and built the business through healthcare supplier and provider adoption, cultivating major account relationships and business development opportunities. Under his direction, GHX became a market leader in healthcare supply chain solutions.
In his 25 years in the healthcare sector, Nils has worked in sales and marketing for healthcare manufacturers and distributors and developed extensive Canadian healthcare supply-chain experience working with such organizations as Cardinal Health, Alcon, Baxter Corporation and Covidien.
Nils has a deep commitment to the education and promotion of supply chain best practices in the healthcare community. He was a founding member and served as a past Co-Chair, Supplier of the Healthcare Supply Chain Network (HSCN), an industry organization focused on education and development of leading practices for healthcare supply chain management in Canada.
Financial Controller
Nadia joined CMEPP as Financial Controller in July 2020 and became an integral part of the CMEPP management team.
In her role, Nadia is responsible for corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting and audit. With a focus on meeting the needs of CMEPP Participants and stakeholders, she plays an essential role in fulfilling CMEPP’s high standards of business performance.
Nadia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Belorussian University and earned her Ontario CMA, CPA designation in 2015.
Continuous learning is one of Nadia’s core philosophies. She is inspired by the range of talents around her and is always looking for ways to expand the scope of her capabilities. Her goal is to provide meaningful financial reporting and expert advice that helps the CMEPP team make informed strategic business decisions.
Prior to joining CMEPP, Nadia worked as an Accounting Manager in Media Edge Communications Inc. and the Pricing Management Group.
Lead, Information Technology
Anuar is the IT Lead for CMEPP, where he plays a pivotal role in spearheading the organization’s technological transformation, a cornerstone of its strategic direction. With a career spanning 23+ years in the IT industry, Anuar brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Anuar has had the privilege of working with such renowned global firms as Microsoft and Oracle, where he assumed leadership roles in teams dedicated to delivering top-tier IT solutions. He’s had a diversity of experience, working in different kinds of firms, including those in the healthcare sector.
His passion for technology is evident in his commitment to aligning strategic objectives with IT initiatives. He possesses a unique ability to bridge the gap between vision and execution, transforming strategic goals into tangible realities. Anuar is a dynamic and results-driven leader in the IT realm.
Director, National Participant Accounts
Director, Operations and Supplier Relations
Todd is CMEPP’s Director, Operations and Supplier Relations. In this role he leads planning and team empowerment related to CMEPP business operations and supplier relationships. Todd is a progressive leader with over 20 years of healthcare industry experience, engaging both providers and suppliers across Canada, as well as hospitals and IDNs in the U.S. north-east. His experience and roles include business segment management, sales, solutions development, medical products and distribution, and government and industry stakeholder relations. Todd has a strong interest in organizational behavior and strives to positively impact others.
Todd is an advocate for accelerating healthcare system modernization and efficiencies. He believes in a healthy and transparent ecosystem of suppliers and providers that work together to improve patient care. Prior to joining CMEPP, Todd developed a track record of identifying and delivering improvements that exceeded both customer and organizational goals.
His professional experience has been with leading healthcare organizations, including Cardinal Health Canada, Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), and The Hospital for Sick Children.
Todd holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto as well as a BComm (Business Management and Enterprise Development). He obtained the Supply Chain Management Professional designation early in his career and led marketing and membership initiatives as a board member and co-chair of the Healthcare Supply Chain Network (HSCN).
