CMEPP is delighted to welcome two new members to our Board of Directors: Hilary Rodrigues and Paul Prowse.

“For those reasons, we feel fortunate to welcome Hilary and Paul who have extensive experience in governance, finance, AI/Data, clinical engineering and leadership. They are active in the healthcare community and also members of CMEPP Participant organizations.”
Hilary Rodrigues is currently Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Administrative Officer at Hamilton Health Sciences. Before joining HHS, Hilary served as interim President & CEO at Halton Healthcare and held senior leadership roles at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, and Trillium Health Partners. Throughout his career, Hilary has played a key role in developing innovative solutions to enhance administrative and clinical support functions in the areas of finance, information technology, capital planning, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, pharmacy, nutrition, and environmental services.
Paul Prowse is currently Provincial Director, Equipment Support Services, Clinical Engineering at Shared Health Manitoba. One of Paul’s recent accomplishments was transforming disparate Clinical Engineering teams throughout Manitoba into a provincial service. Before joining Shared Health, Paul was Regional Manager – Integrated Systems, Clinical Engineering, and Acting HSC Lab Manager, Clinical Engineering at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. While at WRHA, he managed the large-scale deployments of medical equipment as part of the COVID response. Paul is an active member of Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba and CMBES, the Canadian Medical and Biological Engineering Society.
