CMEPP

They are the hidden heroes. The staff whose work, in a quiet, understated way solves a lot of problems.

Every great organization has them – and they’re critical for success.

At CMEPP, a few of those heroes spent months applying themselves to improving one of our key operational and strategic processes. As CMEPP has grown, it’s become even more important to manage Participant contracts in a way that ensures improved data accuracy and consistency.

The result of their efforts recently went live with the launch of Contract Lifecyle Management (CLM).

CLM represents a significant leap in our IT system management of contract coverage with Participants. It opens the door to improved productivity for the Operations team, and better support of our Participants and Service Suppliers.

As one of those heroes, Penny Gklinos puts it, “This is a home just for contracts.”

“Having the contracts in CLM not only makes critical information readily available for hospital contract renewals and supplier sourcing events, but lays the foundation for greater automation in the future,” says CMEPP’s Director of Operations Todd Presswood.

For this milestone event, Todd has pulled back the curtain on a few of those hidden heroes: Panagiota Gklinos, Ramiro Xavier, Anuar Nazzar, Clayton Catching and Renata Post. “Curiosity, healthy questioning and debate showed through in the form of exceptional effort, accountability and ownership from the team,” said Todd. “Thank you all!”
